Welcome, I'm Ciara
I am a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher and a iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher. I have been practicing yoga since 2010. Within those years of practicing I gained the understanding of how yoga and meditation can connect people to their inner peace and true nature. Yoga and meditation practice can have a profound impact on one's physical, emotional and mental well being.
I specialize in iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga. I have a soft, gentle and compassionate approach in my teachings. My mission is to help people connect to their true nature through self love and compassion within their mind, body and heart.Â
A few of my favorite things include spending time with my husband, exploring nature under the sun with my dog, making art and eating a hot bowl of ramen on a rainy day in Oregon.
